When are your business hours?

We are open 365 days/year from 7:30AM to 7:30PM. You will be charged for the first day regardless of the time you arrive but you will not be charged for the last day if your pet is picked up before 12:00PM (noon).
What forms of payment are accepted?

Accepted forms of payment are cash, checks, debit cards, American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards. Payment is made at the time of pet pickup.
Are reservations necessary?

Reservations are strongly recommended and should be made as far in advance as possible.
Do you have doggie daycare?

Doggie daycare is available. For $25.00/calendar day, owners may arrive and depart during normal business hours (each additional pet receives a $2.oo/day multi-pet discount). This price includes a playyard session either alone or with other compatible dogs. Another activity can be substituted instead of the playyard. Also available is half-day daycare for $13.00 (maximum of 4 hours).
Do you have bathing services?

Bathing services are available for both in-residence pets as well as those not being boarded at the kennel. These services should be arranged in advance for the in-residence pets and should be scheduled by appointment for the outside bathing pets.
Do you have pickup and delivery services?

Yes we do. We can also take your pet for it's health certificate as well if it is traveling by air. Please call us for an estimate. This service should be arranged well in advance.
Can I bring my pet's own food?

Although we serve Iams ProActive Health, a top quality dog and cat food, you are welcome to bring your pet's own food.
Do you administer medications?

We do administer medications as well as injections which you would provide for us. See the our prices page for up to date costs.
What happens if my pet is sick or injured?

After assessing the situation, we will try to reach you or your emergency contact. If we are unable, we will call your veterinarian to decide if your pet requires treatment. If your veterinarian is closed, we will take your pet to an emergency clinic. We will then continue to attempt to reach you or your emergency contact for further instructions.
Do you have curbside service?

For those clients who require extra help moving their dogs in or out of our kennel office, we offer curbside check-in and check-out. WITH AT LEAST 30 MINUTES ADVANCE TELEPHONE NOTICE, a staff member will meet you at your vehicle in our parking lot to facilitate check-in or check-out.
Do you have EXPRESS service?

Yes we do. Simply call us before your arrival to either check your pet in or out and we can complete all the necessary paperwork well in advance to speed you on your way.
