When are your business hours? We are open from 8:00AM to 6:00PM Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to Noon Saturday and 3:00PM to 6:00PM Sunday and Holidays. You will be charged for the first day regardless of the time you arrive but you will not be charged for the last day if your pet is picked up before 10:30AM. Sundays and Holidays are always charged days. For those whose schedules prevent them from arriving or departing during normal business hours, pets may be dropped off and picked up after-hours for a charge of $50.00. This scheduling must be arranged in advance. |

Are reservations necessary? Reservations are required at all times and should be made as far in advance as possible. Please view our policies regarding deposits and cancellation fees. |

Do you have day care services? Day care services are available for the same daily boarding price. Owners may arrive and depart during normal business hours with their pets. All the other kennel services are available for these pets. |

Do you have bathing services? Bathing services are available for both in-residence pets as well as those not being boarded at the kennel. These services should be arranged in advance for the in-residence pets and should be scheduled by appointment for the outside bathing pets. |

Do you have pickup and delivery services? Yes we do. We can also take your pet for it's health certificate as well if it is traveling by air. Please call us for an estimate. This service should be arranged well in advance. |

Can I bring my pet's own food? Although we serve Iams Mini-Chunks, a top quality dog and cat food, you are welcome to bring your pet's own food or provide for your pet's own special dietary needs. See our prices page for up to date costs. |

Do you administer medications? We do administer medications as well as injections which you would provide for us. See the our prices page for up to date costs. |

What happens if my pet is sick or injured? After assessing the situation, we will try to reach you or your emergency contact. If we are unable, we will call your veterinarian to decide if your pet requires treatment. If your veterinarian is closed, we will take your pet to an emergency clinic. We will then continue to attempt to reach you or your emergency contact for further instructions. |

Do you have curbside service? For those clients who require extra help moving their dogs in or out of our kennel office, we offer curbside check-in and check-out. WITH AT LEAST 30 MINUTES ADVANCE TELEPHONE NOTICE, a staff member will meet you at your vehicle in our parking lot to facilitate check-in or check-out. |
